Shipping & Returns

Alacarte Clasps & WireLace and Alacarte Jewelry's liability for delivery stops at the point of "delivery confirmation" by the Commercial Courier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARCELS LOST AFTER DELIVERY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.

Processing and credit approval
Orders processed and credit authorized by 5:00 pm PST will typically be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping methods within USA
Your package will be delivered free via one of these carriers, depending upon order value and destination:

• USPS First Class Mail
Arrives in 3 to 10 business days after shipping, depending upon destination.

• USPS Priority Mail
Arrives within 3 business days after shipping. May require signature for receipt of package.

• UPS Ground
Arrives in 3 to 9 days after shipping. No P.O. Boxes. May require signature for receipt of package.

• NEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY?

• HOLIDAY PEAK SEASON DELIVERY
We will do everything possible at Alacarte Jewelry to ensure your package arrives when you need it. However, during the peak holiday seasons, carriers may not guarantee delivery. If timing is critial please contact an Alacarte Representative 707 887-2825 or email your requirements to info@alacartejewelry.com.

Destinations outside of the USA
International shipments can be shipped by either USPS Global Priority or USPS Global Express. To ship any other courier call or email us at info@alacartejewelry.com.

Sales tax
• If your shipping destination is OUTSIDE of California there is NO sales tax.
• If your shipping destination is WITHIN California we are required to charge sales tax.

Damaged items
Customer/recipient must report any damage or loss to Alacarte Jewelry.com and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. The carrier is liable for any damage/loss occurred during the shipping process and may request to inspect the goods and/or the original shipping package.

 

 

100% satisfaction guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, return the item in its as-shipped condition within 30 days of the original shipment date for an exchange or refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Returning your order
To return your order please follow our three step process:

1. Email us at return@alacartejewelry.com
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will email you back an RMA within 48 hrs. Include the following information:

• Purchase date on invoice
• Invoice number
• Item(s) you are returning
You can also call us at 707 887-2825 Mon-Fri. 9:00-5:00pm PST.

2. Return all the original packaging with the item. For security reasons do not write "jewelry" anywhere on the outside of the box. Include a copy of your invoice and mark on it your RMA number. Send all returns to:

3. For your own protection, merchandise must be fully insured and request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked. Alacarte Jewelry will not be responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.

Credit
Please allow up to 10 days for Alacarte Jewelry.com to receive and process your return. No returns will be allowed and all sales are final 30 days after the original shipping date. After the return period, there is no warranty, express or implied.

15% restocking fee
Because we do not charge for shipping to destinations within the continential USA, a 15% restocking fee is charged on all orders returned for credit or exchange exclusive of custom orders.
